I’m Jake Hunsaker and I’m a conservative Republican running to represent our community in the Utah State House for District 48.
Our district includes parts of Herriman, Riverton, and South Jordan. It is home to some of our state’s most pressing challenges related to growth. With that growth comes real challenges, and we need serious conservative leadership focused on local results. My goal is simple: make sure our policies keep pace so the next decade is even stronger than the last.
I bring more than a decade of private-sector leadership experience and serving in various leadership roles with the Salt Lake County and Utah Republican Party. I am committed to defending our conservative values, while building President Ronald Reagan’s vision of a “big tent” coalition grounded in conservative principles and civic respect.
Utah and our area is at a critical point and we need substantive conservative leadership. My professional background and party involvement show that I’m ready to get to work.
